Our Story
Seasonal Dinners is a compilation of full course dinners, one for each of the four seasons, which include drink creations that complement each dinner. Denise and Wil’s company provides catering and event services that have been featured on CBS Bachelorette, MTV Cribs , The Travel Channel, The Food Network, WEtv’s David Tatura’s Celebrity Celebrations, and Syfy’s Big Fat Geek Wedding. With over 30 years of cooking expertise we are known for creating unique menus & events. So cheers & let the feast begin. Enjoy!
Lobo Castle is the result of my lifelong passion for good food and everything medieval. Visitors are surprised and delighted to come across this 17th century inspired castle. Nine years in the making, Lobo Castle features hillside gardens, a small orchard, Celtic stone towers, fountains, a courtyard, a medieval dining hall, stone arches and a master chamber that is located at the top of a three story tower.
Everything I know about cooking started with my mother, Florence Antico. She is my inspiration, my champion, my teacher and the best chef I know. From as far back as I can remember she has experimented in the kitchen. She is always trying new recipes and going to cooking classes to enhance her knowledge and skills. Her words of wisdom to me are, “a good chef is always learning.” Thank you Mom for instilling a love of cooking within me at such an early age.
I began cooking professionally in 2009 when Wil and I started Lobo Castle Productions, catering and event company. Before that Denise owned and operated a health and wellness company where among other things, she taught classes on how to turn an unhealthy meal into a healthy one. This is where Denise first met Wil. She hired him to oversee the corporate wellness and fitness programs her company managed as well as help with sales. In 2007 she sold her company and continued on with them until 2009. That is when her and Wil decided to start their company, Lobo Castle Productions.
The Castle would not have the notoriety it has today without the marketing and
management of my longtime business partner Wil Wardle. He inspires me daily to create, to continually keep evolving and reaching for perfection in whatever we do. He keeps me on track and has been instrumental in the completion of this book. Thanks for not giving up on me! You are all in luck; Wil has put some of his best drink creations in this book.
